Doug talks about last year's champion, Phil Hellmuth, and other exciting things that have happened in the first half of the 45-event competition. Both States and the Federal government have begun working on laws in an attempt to ban online poker play. Doug covers the House of Representatives bill entitled the 'Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act' and the recently passed bill in the State of Washington.
