I would agree with what Simice said. I have played in a lot of tourney's and the new comers would call my bluff every time and usually with a small pair or high card. I try not to bluff a lot when there are unexperienced players at the table unless it's a bluff that could pay off as in the high pair showing.

I don't know who said it but "Never bluff a monkey" is so true. Bad players or beginners don't realize that you just made a pot-size bet and could have a strong hand. They believe that they will get a card on the turn or river which will help them. That's why if I play with people who have never played TH - or Poker in general - before, I don't play for money because they don't respond to a poker move.
