Let's say for instance that no one has raised pre-flop

you have JQ

Flop: 4 6 T (no flush draw on the board either)

How do you guys usually approach this kind of hand. Aggressive and trying to push?? Feeler bet, wait for someone to bet??

Me personally, unless I'm trying to throw people off, I'll usually throw a feeler bet out there, my feeling being if someone has hit top pair or even middle pair, they will likely raise me anyway.

I like to bet here, assuming I'm in mid to late position, hoping to take down the pot. If someone calls, I've still got a chance of making Js or Qs on the turn.

My first impression is that you should not be playing a QJ to begin with. QJ is way down on the list of starting hands by strength. The only way I would ever play QJ is if it was suited and the Casino where I was playing was paying a big bonus for a Royal Flush.

I'd play QJ in a short-handed game in late position

I'd stay away from betting on that hand. Depending on how many people are playing the table you can about bet that there is someone holding a way better hand than that and is waiting to re raise.

I personally would throw a small or medium bet and see how it plays out. I think I would have to agree with Simice on this one.
