I recently held a single table tournament with some friends, it got down the final three and we ended the game with a 3 way all in.

Chris had the big stack
Cav had the middle stack
Liam had the short stack

Chris won the entire pot with a pair of Aces, King kicker
Liam had a pair of Aces and a lower kicker and
Cav had a pair of tens.

My question is who comes second? Is it the person who had the bigger stack going into the pot or the person with the higher hand going out?

I have looked around a bit but have not come up with any answers. can any one help???
