Monday, 28 August 2006 Edward St. John, age 83, found a winning Holdem Poker lottery ticket in the trash at a local convenience store worth $1 million. After a lawsuit from the family who purchased the ticket, Edward agreed to pay $140,000 from the prize money. Edward's attorney said he wanted to enjoy the windfall before he died. So much for finders, keepers.
