Jackie a Home Office Manager already a UK Champion pool player (once achieving a UK number 1 ranking) has only been playing poker for two and a half years.
Poker legend Amarillo Slim was robbed by two men in his Texas home Sunday night. It appears that Amarillo returned home to find two men with shotguns. Slim was reportedly unhurt in the incident.
After a short run, Bodog has ended their relationship with 2007 WSOP champion Jamie Gold. Bodog claims they are focusing their marketing in Europe and Asia, yet they have retained David Williams, Josh Arieh and Evelyn Ng. Pokerstar's Moneymaker Millionaire Tournament crowned it's first champion. Quillan Nagel outlasted 830,000 players over five months to win the title and the million dollar grand prize. The tournament was inspired by Chris Moneymaker's 2003 victory at the WSOP Main Event.
