Wednesday, 08 March 2006 No casino in Las Vegas wants to be left behind when it comes to the poker market. Treasure Island and the Venetian are set to open poker rooms this spring. The Venetian poker room will be one of Vegas’ largest at over 10,000 square feet. In 2005, poker rooms were reopened at Caesar’s Palace, the Las Vegas Hilton, and the Stratosphere. New poker rooms were opened at Paris and the Hooters Casino. Future poker room changes are also anticipated for the Luxor and the Tropicana.
